Terms & Conditions

1) Eligible Yield App customers are those who, within the campaign period of Tuesday 24 October 2023, 9:00 UTC to Tuesday 31 October 2023, 23:59 UTC

(i) log in to their Yield App account via the App or Web App; and

(ii) swap any crypto pairs. 

2) Customers will receive up to 2% cashback paid directly in the receiving asset every time they swap any digital assets on the platform.

3) Every user who has already swapped during Swaptober is also eligible for the prize pool reward.

4) The reward from $5,000 prize pool is calculated and paid out in YLD token based on the market value of YLD at the time of payout.

5) You can swap up to $250,000 each day between crypto or fiat and crypto. 

6) Customers must pass or have previously passed Yield App’s KYC identity verification. 

7) The reward of YLD token is locked in your account until 31 December 2023 after which it is unlocked and becomes available for withdrawal.

8) Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.

9) Rewards will be distributed by 7th November 2023 in users wallets.

10) Please note that, based on market fluctuation, the value of the prize may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time the recipient has the ability to withdraw. The prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate significantly over the short term. Due to such price fluctuations, the value of your assets may rise or fall at any given moment.

11) Yield App reserves the right to exclude any participants from this promotion and/or cancel this promotion without notice.

12) Yield App reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this promotion as it sees fit, and reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
